| Lebanon Cease Fire  [+ favourites]
I live on the internet so I don't find out about such things, so I thought I'd just notify anyone who doesn't already know that Israel has agreed to return a number of Hezbollah POWs for two Israeli POWs and withdraw from Lebanon.
They are going to hand over all the occupied territory to the UN, and the UN will then hand it over to the Lebanese government.
It would appear that with this action, Israel has certified that Hezbollah is not a terrorist organization and is actually a governmental body.
All in all, the first good news in a long time.
