Something of sentimental value... [+ favourites]

An interesting concept. I was thinking one day about things that are sentimental. Take for instance the house you grew up in. To everyone else driving by it's just a house...nothing special. But, then to you it's special because that's where you grew up. It's not the actual object but the meaning of the object.

What has sentimental value in your life?

This is tough because I am a very sentimental person. I am sentimental yet I make every attempt to seperate myself from any sort of physical possessions/belongings. I suppose I'm doing a poor job. I have a fireproof safe that is full of small trinkets that are of particular sentimental value. A video game, a bullet casing, a cigar and several other items all have significance according to who gave them to me and what was going on in my life when I recieved the item(s).
