Underworld is a band not many know about, but they are my favourite band of all time. You would have heard them but not recognized who they were a lot of the time. Anyhow, every one of their songs that I like I like almost more than any other song from any other band.
Spikee is one of those songs. This is one of the main songs that graced my life during my motorcycle era, and listening to it reminds me of driving at around 210 KM/hour at around 1:30 AM on a dark stretch of land in west Vancouver. When you listen to it, you'll see why I chose to listen to it as the world became a blur.
Sometimes the bike was so loud and the wind rushing past my helmet was so deafening that all I'd hear was the music and "noise"... so when I'd hit a speed that was ridiculous I'd begin screaming with adrenaline as loud as I possibly could... and the cool thing is I couldn't hear myself scream.
