This is one of the most original spoof shows Dave Chapelle made. This isn't the entire skit, only the last part in the China Club. Still worth watching. In essence, Charlie Murphy (Eddie Murphy's brother) used to hang out with Rick James in the 80s. Rick James was a drugged up alcoholic and so they re-made three individual stories where Charlie Murphy beat the shit out of Rick for stepping out of line.
These are all true stories, just re-enacted. The one in this video is the last one in the skit.
