In reference to the Quantified Replies Forum only -
The way this forum works is with the following restrictions:
1. All users may create as many threads as they wish to.
2. All users may make one post in each individual thread, inclusive of the thread starter. This means that once a thread is started, the starter may no longer post in it.
3. Administrators are not limited by this, but will adhere to it unless necessary for administrative purposes.
This does not mean that threads will not be administered, however. Innapropriate posting or meaningless and useless threads will be deleted.
This simple ruleset creates lots of interesting possibilities, so get creative.
This forum is very useful as it forces users to make every post count, and it also forces all users to read everyone else's posts.
