Chaos in Lahore-Pakistan

Well, many of you already must know what the cartoons have done in the muslim countries. I live in Pakistan, and in my city of Lahore mobs etc have started to create serious trouble. It's really wierd, cuz u hear such stuff in the news etc, but here it all is happening in places where I hang out in etc. Frustruated mobs have started burning n destroying restraunts, cars, anything they can lay their hands on. KFC, posh restrautns, people's homes, people are getting killed as well, some by the mobs and some by the police who sometimes have no choice but to fire in desperation to save themselves.

i don't think most of what is happening has got anything to do with the cartoons or anything like that, frustruated, poor people have just gotten an excuse and perhaps the neccesary 'push' by various 'upper powers', and as a result they have started looting etc, lots are enjoying it as well, venting their frustruations perhaps.

I agree - I don't think it has anything to do with the Cartoons either.

I think its frustration and they're venting, it is unfortunate.
