Hey how can us "inferiors" (haha) become administrators. Please help thank you

Why would you want to become one in the first place?

The people that ask are immediatly banned from ever having admin rights. Besides there is a special password that must only be taught in the first person.

sounds fun, just out of interest where do u have to input it?
my only experience of moderator rights, they just appear when u enter the area you moderate.

As far as i can see from this forum though, the admin here have a fairly easy ride, unless ur just quick at deleting things.

I don't want to be an aministrator, I was just wondering how the public on here get up to that level. I like to figure out how things work, including "power" setups

Judging from what I've heard from and been told by the admins, being an admin here is more about responsibility than power. You've got nothing to gain.

true but "with great power comes great responsibility" lol. and as an admin you do get more "power" otherwise there is no point being an admin, you cant do the job without more power than those you are administrating.

chances are becoming an admin is a case of getting on with the current admin, and being "good" or "sensible" in the forums, not being really annoying or arguementative. that and the need for another admin, say more people join, or a current admin leaves.
