also what time zone is it set as because its 2 and a half hours off of easter time. i think it should just be set to a whole hour incriment difference, not half,

What difference does it make, you have a clock in the bottom corner of your computer which has the date.

ok with that at the moment its 6:40PM and the clock says 1:15 am it doesnt apply to every one sooo.......
