Four soldiers die
Sad to say
Its just another day
It's just not no fun
As a living veteran
Glad I'm not the only one
We're not having any fun
Rain drops hitting the ground
Can you hear a single one
In all of this fun
Can't wait tell its done
Tired of having all this fun
Cries one soldier in the night
They're proud
Won't leave today
They're proud
They just want to stay
At least that's what the media say
I say
Wish I was having so much fun
A patriot with a gun
Are they done
When they're dead
and wasn't it a lot of fun
This happens everyday
Someone dies
No way
It's really not a happy day
Not yesterday
Not tomorrow
On this course we stay
This game just isn't fun anymore
This isn't a game anymore
People died
Now the fun is over
Lets rename the players
And have a game of peace
Where that darkness meets the light
It's alright
Because the darkness falls on all of us
At night
When we win that game of peace
We can say - we won
They can say they won
and we can all have lots of fun
