you guys ever read and Milton. in the greatest epic of all time, Paradice Lost, the devil fights god. and in the middle of the battle they realize that they cant die.
my problem with this is the timeline of existent and when this fight took place. it took place before life on earth. and with out life, ther can be no death. so how in the hell did they plan on getting rid of the angels? there had never been anything ever attempted by anything EVER to fight. i mean EVER. and because the creations of god were creadted by god, and because god did not give them the gift he gave us, free will, where did they get the idea of not only death, but war? when they started the fight, they had no idea that a thing like death existed so what did they plan on doing, asking them nicely to leave. it doesnt make any sense to me.
alas, i am sadly stunted in my knowledge of the chritstian religion and do not know every thing about it. enlighten me as to how they would have come up with the idea.
oh! and John Milton was an extremly religious man, and used what was in the bible as evidence in his writing, so i assume that the events that took place in the story, took place in the bible.
