dont you think it would be funny if we all got together in say,... 9 months asome random location and we all wore name tags with our real names and we had to geuss who was who.

they made some kind of attempt at this a while ago. never happend though. i think itd be fun, but getting enough people to actually commit would be difficult.

It would be fun, but Gnome has already ruined some of the randomness. I think it would be interesting to see who you would get along with in the fake world err real world.. as opposed to online.

That sounds like a great idea. I wonder what it would take; there are a lot of people here that live on different continents. what about a video conference as an alternative; if it can't be done.

The only way this would happen is if there were several events all over the map, have pre-selected locations around the US and one in Canada. And allow a certain time period for members to be come aware of the event, then set dates and locations.

It never worked before because of this BIG blow out between a few members here, it was quite the soap opera that happened here between PV_emerald, Walts, Lynnie and a few others. Anyways that's another story in its self.

Sounds interesting. Yet it would only be practical for north american inhabitants. There are a few of us that live elsewhere. Video conference would be amusing.

It's definitely something to consider. But, I don't think there's enough people here to go through with it. There's only like 30 or 40 regular posters.

wouldnt that almost be easier, though i agree with the location problem. im a brit so its a bit of a trek for me to get over to america. though it does sound fun.

I think we should all save up & go to Tokyo Disneyland to have an expensive, but awesome holiday as well?
