If you take a testosterone support formula like "actebolan 3" a muscle tech product is that worse than creatine and can it be considered a steriod?

also will it cause cancer?

i am thinkin about takin it so i can get bigger but, im not sure if i should

I've tried creatine. From what I've heard from my trainer is that its not as bad as people say it is. Basically creatine is to chicken as calcium pills is to milk. Creatine is like a protein supplement. Supposedly increasing strength by up to 10%. But side effects occur. Increased agression is a big one. Also its bad for your kidneys because it's hard for them to handle the amount of protein being supplied. Cancer is also a problem with over usage and long period usage. My advice for creatine is stay away. It's benefit's from what I saw were minimal. I was maybe able to bench 2 or possibly 3 more reps.
