portfolios [+ favourites]

I am trying to set up a portfolio in perfect people but every time I set one up it is put into another guys list of portfolios.
I click on new portfolios, then put a name and description to it and still can't use it. Can some tell me how to set up a portfolio and be able to use it with my account

Please give me the portfolio ID of one of these such portfolios and the user name/id of the member who's account your creations are going under.

The user's name is Just-A-Fool and one of the portfolio name is jha.
