I was on this forum a couple months ago and was reading posts about getting a bigger Penis, and somehow posted something about certain Excersizes that I guess can increase the size of your penis.

I think it was something to the effect of "Keeper" or "Kefler" or something like that.

Are the gains permanent?
So far yes. I've also read that you should slow down your exercises gradually, "cementing" your gains. You should also do maintenance exercises regularly.

I'm X.XX inches right now and want to get to X.XX inches. Will the pills/exercises help me?
I'm pretty certain that if you are diligent and take the pills regularly and do the exercises regularly you will be able to achieve your goal, no matter what your current size is. I believe there may be a theoretical limit of about 3 inches though.

How long will it take for me to see gains?
It took me about 4 weeks before I saw anything happen. But that was using the pills only. It wasn't until about 3 weeks after I started the exercises that I saw fantastic gains. I believe that if I had been doing the exercises at the beginning, I would have experienced better gains more quickly. I quoted the manufacturer's timeline here.

What are the best pills/exercises on the market?
