Ok..flying thoughts time...

Every individual is born with a capacity to be.
This may extend.
But a brain never grows too big.
I'm going to generalise an hypothesise this:
The brain exists of the unconscious and the conscious.
Stupid people have access to a lot of consciousness.
Clever people have access to a lot of unconsciousness.
(insert ther gift(s)) people have access to a lot of consciousness.
(insert other gift(s)) people have access to a lot of unconciousness.
Some people are clever and talented in other ways.
Some people are stupid and less talented in other ways.
The thing is it is all relative to the capacity of the individual.
And this will change with environmental parameters.
But will always be fixed to some extent
Like the duration we live is always going to be finite.

So if we take any one individual.
We compare relative to himself at any one time.

1. He may have a big conscious.
He is more (insert gift); less clever.

2. He may have a big unconscious.
He is less (insert gift); more clever.

I use this just as an example based on my observances.

Anyway my point is if you practice i.e. exert more energy towards the positive things perceived by the many then you actually reinforce that talent (and note talent is relative to the 'baseline' societal values); maybe at the expense of another, but then that will fall to the wayside as lenience to the time. I guess my point is that all individuals should maximise self-energy relative to the stimulus environment.

If i think i know what you're saying, which i dont... then you're describing a utopia that will never be. the world is what it is because of individuality... to sum up what i was gonna say in several paragraphs in 3 sentences:

once everyone's special, no one's special.

once everyone's talented, no one's talented.

once everyone's a genius, no one's a genius.

With out the stupid, there would be no smart and technology and science would cease to exist.

Yes thats a utopia...where there is no difference = boring. That's not my point. My point is to work with people to their level. People will always be naturally better than some (DNA + environment) but the only thing they have is potential relative to themselves. Thats the point here.
