Appears to be a small fluffy dog, happily yapping at CW.
@CW, to make the cpu start of with a sheet of p-doped silicon, then using ion drilling or a resist and some acid engrave a component areas onto the silicon, fill the holes with n-doped silicon, creating components at the borders between the different doping regions, cover the whole thing with undoped silicon and put down thin metal layers as "tracks" between the components.
