You think if a someone holds up a bank, gets away with 2 million dollars and a month later goes to a police station and says "I held up the bank." they're not gonna do anything about it? Telling the truth doesn't make things excusable but for some it relieves their conscious.

think chris has a point, though if you commit murder and when caught plead guilty it can take about a third off your sentence sometimes.

being completely dense what's a referall, i've not come across the term in a school context before (is it a notice to move school)?

No see the reason i said anything about the referall is i didnt even have anything to do with it. I was in like 5th grade watching a fight and they blamed the fight on me. (How in the world does that work? I didnt even know them!) They didnt even have a rule that said "IF you see a fight leave and come find the teachers" or nothin. That and the principle knew because these kids were always fighting. And i never got in fights.

And a referall is like the last punishment before getting suspended for a couple of days. I believe the punishing score thing was something like this
warning
detention
talk with parents
referall
suspension
kicked out
So it made no sense to me or my family.
Its not like a did something wrong then confessed, it was i watched and got blamed for it. He even later told me that he KNEW i didnt do it.
