Why are fireworks only legal in certain states?[+ favourites]
Fireworks are illegal in my state, but I set them off anyway. I am having no real trouble with the law, but why do we insist on having these laws anyway?
What are you talking about? I've set off lots of fireworks before, and I'm not dead. Explosives are perfectly safe, as long as you know the importance of not catching on fire.

That's not what I'm trying to say,and besides, you're getting off the topic. I'm asking why people in places like Indianna don't have to have the laws while we do. Do they think they're more responsible than us?
Well, it also depends on where you live. Where I live I think they're illegal, but that's only because they're afraid that the state will burn down because of dry weather.
