The Rich People Should Not Be Afraid To Speak Up [+ favourites]

Hey rich people, does all this bother you? To give you a tax break that you don't need so that America might go broke, do you think that's right? I mean, don't you make money from us? How can you make money from us if we don't have none? I'm sure you can loan the money we let you keep, back to us, that would only be fair, right? But isn't that loaning business a big hassle? I mean, you'll have to hire someone to brake our legs if we don't pay. Those leg braking people, you know their not cheap. If I was you, I'd just tell Washington to keep their tax break, because you're tired of the trouble of hiring extra security to keep people from stealing your food. If you explain it to them like that, I'm sure they'll understand, I don't think they'll be offended that you wouldn't accept their offer. Sure, you bought them and everything and they feel like they owe you and everything. Just use the right kind of diplomacy, it'll be cool, and we'll sure appreciate it. It's just serving your country, the only way the rich can. Don't let them politicians steal this honor from you.

Here’s a possible way to fix the whole upside down tax system. Unfortunately, the rich make our tax laws, so you aren’t likely to see this…

New Zealand did that. A lot of people complained, but it did work. It wouldn't be as fair as the system we currently have, but it would bring in the tax revenue we would need. But here's a better idea from the CEO of Ben and Jerry's Ice Cream. I remember when Ben and Jerry's donated a portion of its profits to help pay down the deficit the last time it was a problem. I'm sure they put their heart into this.

Nope, it would just balance the budget, we have to do that b4 we lower taxes. We were just about there once until Mr. Bush decided to spend our surplus.
