I had my wisdom teeth took out about 3 years ago. Not a funny story, (or even an interesting one....) but when I awoke from anesthesia I began to BAUL. I was not in any pain or anything, in fact, I wasn't even sad. The Dentist explained to the person who took me there that patients do sometimes tend to wake and feel as if they have lost control. (by being put asleep), therefore that was why I was crying. Honestly, I have no idea what made me cry. 
Have a relaxing fun healing experience with the Vicodan. Make SURE to take them on a full stomach or it will be HELL. 
Also do not to suck out of a straw or pull any chunks out of your holes. I ended up getting dry socket...and it is worse than a tooth ache.
