not sure if this will help anyone... but the clicking sound was driving me crazy when the page refreshes... so if anyone else has this problem try this:
Start --> Control Panel --> Sound, Speech and Audio Devices --> Change Sound Scheme
then scroll down until you see "Windows Explorer" and select "Start Navigation" then unders "sounds" select "none"
hope this helps anyone else that is bothered... i know i cant be the only one...
