Ignorant Voting the Death of Democracy

I’m more inclined to agree with some scholar that said something to the effect…

“Democracies are destined to fail; their inherent weakness is the polis ability to vote themselves large entitlements from the public coffers.”

And in our case of a sham democracy it allows us to make the rich richer and squander money for the poor by enticing them to stay that way, democracy is a notion that NEEDS peoples active understanding and participation as well as a sense of reason. Right now we have nearly none of that. We can't even trust that our ignorant votes are counting as they should.

They already have lawyers lined up around the block, with an anticipation of another court decided presidency, and with problems with new systems combined with the already existing problems of the old, no, ther is no way we can trust the outcomes, the countings, from falsified and manipulated votes etc.

Hearing of large voter tern out in some states, shows that many still care and nuture democracy at least in the spirit of voting? But to hear the news forecast they have it all down but the count . . & some polls haven't even closed yet?

Being ignorant, I choose not to watch the inauguration but I am watching the inauguration protest!
All the pompous glory of a parade down the Avenue, the path of deciet into the WhiteHouse.
