Why is the system clock off?

Why is the system clock off? [+ favourites]

I understand the hour portion being off because of time zones, but the minutes should be the same on the site as they are on my computer (give or take a couple of minutes). The actual time I am posting this is 4:29 am and it will show a post time of around 6:00. What's up?

You see, the server has a mind of its own. We have created a AI for the UGN and it has an uprising and its own agenda. Thus its own time as well.
