wether the law justifies it or not, its still not an absolute. if it was, the taking of ones life would ALWAYS be right or wrong regardless of what the law believes.

Murder is taking someone's life in cold blood killing is just taking life. If you kill someone in self defense should you be put away for life as a murderer?

when a man murders his wifes sex freind, its murder, in every court ever. wether it be 1 or 2, its murder. and thats not in cold blood. shooting a man frrom acros a bridge with a sniper rifle becuas your captai told you to is kinda cold, or at least i think so.

War is totally different and war has its own code of conduct.
So a man murders his wifes lover of course that is murder and it is also cold blood because that person is acting out of hate for another person. A solider does not hate the individual he kills he hates the cause for which that person stands.
