Here is what you do:
at the top is a USER CENTRE link upper right corner click that (of course you must be signed in)
at the top under the big UGN are 4 boxes with a browse button and an upload button hit the browse button to locate the image on your computer it has to be under 50k and apparently a Jpeg format allthouh I have seen some animated Gifs
once your done that hit upload it may say image pending for 4 or 5 days as i assume there is some restricted content ie nudity etc. If you see it all is well you just have to wait.
If you don't have a picture you like go to google and advanced image search to find your image just right click and save the preview image and that should be a jpeg and a small enough size.
