Not sure what you mean by social system but economically it works something like this : If people need a type of goods or a service, a company, seeing that money can be made, provides the goods/service for a fee. If a company needs a service (which can only be provided by a person) then people, seeing that money can be made, get schooled into being able to do that service and then do that service for a fee. That's how it works in theory, where laws, hard work and a little greed all put together make everyone happy. Its essentially a fair system, though IMO inheritance and expensive higher education make the idea of fairness fall apart.
