Not sure what you mean by social system but economically it works something like this :
If people need a type of goods or a service, a company, seeing that money can be made, provides the goods/service for a fee.
If a company needs a service (which can only be provided by a person) then people, seeing that money can be made, get schooled into being able to do that service and then do that service for a fee.

That's how it works in theory, where laws, hard work and a little greed all put together make everyone happy.
Its essentially a fair system, though IMO inheritance and expensive higher education make the idea of fairness fall apart.

I need to talk about the USa for about 2 or three hours, because I like to go there next week...

well i guess i could tell you what i found different when i came here
everyone pays taxes - they take money out of your paycheck , and the more you make - the more they take
so if you're making A LOT of money you're most likely to get only a half of that , but it's cool because there is a way to get things for free and there is such thing as welfare ( for poor people )
public school system is a little weird, they have 12 grades and i guess it's pretty easy
i bet it's a lot harder to study in germany than here...... most of the kids here take it easy all the way through school and when they get to college they face some difficulties. in school they don't really give a lot of homework and staying back for another year is not a big deal to american kids. but teachers are friendly ( most of the times ) and will listen to you and help you with your problems etc ... i know that in my country there is like a wall between the students and teachers, when here they're more on the same level.
don't know much about the gang culture i'm sure you can find some websites on that though
and the gun control too ...... all i know is that a lot of people get shot for no reason down in texas
