A good side-note to this is that there is glee, and there is true happyness. Example: Britney Spears is gleeful because of her money and wonderful breasts. But she is not happy, because her life is not hopeful. Moments of lucidity would actually cause her pain, because she is surrounded by emotionless people, she is definitely sub-consciously aware that her desireability is sourced from her body and not her mind, and that the body does not last forever, nor do people's expectations in what is beautiful. Hence, purely logically, and with awareness, Britney Spears would have full carnal knowledge that her life, as it is, is monetarily successful, but a failure in every other sense, and this failure will become extremely apparent as time progresses. The only way to survive, then, as Britney Spears, is to moot any possible glimpses into what it will be like to be her in ten years. This denotes a lack of awareness, necessarily created by a lack of hope.
