Im wondering if this is your name or what the meaning of this word is? This may show my stupidity but, I just thought I'd ask.

No, it's not stupid. lots of people ask me that.

Decius was a Roman Emperor during the Roman era. I haven't done too much research into it but basically he reigned at about 200 AD and died in battle.

I picked the name because it is the name of a Futuristic Romulan Warbird from Star Trek TNG.
