I am new to this and have found it to be great fun. I have learned alot and also have been able to express my own opinions openly.

I am originally from Arizona but now live in Wyoming. I have seen a few Wyoming people on here and am glad that I am not the only one living in this desolate place. I am the mother of three and grandmother of three. I also have 12 to 20 adopted/foster children that I still keep in touch with. I love animals and work with them daily. I have horses, chickens, pigs and goats. From what I understand we are getting birds and cows next. All the kids have and are in 4-H so animals are a must.

Glad to be here and glad to meet everyone.

What desolate part of Wyoming do you live in? Lived there for a long time and miss it alot. Seriously, considering moving back home and my old house is still for sale. I could be right back where I was in a matter of months.

Lynniepooh, we live in a little town called Moorcroft. It is close to the SD border. It is quite different from Arizona as we have trees, mountains, and the biggest thing is snow. The kids have seen snow before but nothing like what you all get here in Wyoming. The wind is something else that we are having to get used to. We lived in a small town in Arizona so that part isn't to much of a shock.

Where did you guys live in Wyoming and where are you now? Hey maybe if you all move back to Wyoming we could meet sometime.

We use to live in Medicine Bow, well the last time. But we have lived in Cheyenne, and Laramie as well. I really miss the snow!!!! We now reside in Red River, Texas it is a small town also and the kids love it. Not alot of wind here but it is hotter than HELL! I know exactly where Moorcroft is, my husband bought a truck from a rancher there before we moved.

I will be back in Wyoming for Court the 16th of November and pray that I dont get snowed in. Hopefully, not but I can always visit family and they can spend more time with all the kids.

Looked up Medicine Bow on the map and yep it is a small town. Not unlike Moorcroft though. I have been to Laramie and Cheyenne but that is about it. I like the small town atmospere especially when you have kids. You said you are coming back in November for some sort of court thing and hope not to get snowed in, well hell girl maybe we can meet then.

I kinda am the opposite of you as there are times I miss the heat even though it sure has been getting hot around here lately. I like to get all my chores done in the early a.m. and then inside for most of the day doing inside stuff. Then again outside in the evenings when it starts to cool off. The garden and lawn are sure taking it hard and keeping them going is killing me, but I will get it down.

Anyway, do you know anyone else on here from this wonderful state, hahaha

Evilla, Prescott and Tucson recently but loved when we lived in Bowie and Oracle. I still have family in those areas along with a couple more like Scottsdale and Phoenix. I prefer the smaller towns especially with the kids. But am happy to be here in Wyoming also.

Lynnie, Em? Which one is she? You actually still talk to her after finding out she was sleeping with your husband? Or was it some sort of group thing? Just asking.
