So the Father seeing that the reception hall was nearly empty called forth the Captain His Army. The Sons of Man declined My Invitation, go forth with My Army & scour the City but fill this hall at the point of the Sword if need as the rich have their homes but those who have not abound in the street.
Upon their life, they will not refuse My Invitation?

So 'the rich' having put up their riches in Heaven are those 'poor in spirit' & whose home is the 'Kingdom'.
