Muscled men with guns stand in aggressive poses on your street corner. They epitomise masculinity. They are what man is.They push you aside like a dandelion to their wind. They do as they please. And if you object, you are their prey. And so you grow up, and listen to what they listen to. You dress as they do. Think like they do- that all who are weaker should fear you. And you work out. You take chemicals to make yourself big, and you grow to be their size. You become hard and ruthless. You learn how to fire a gun. You become the epitome of man. No one can stand against you. Your will is law, and those who are weaker bow to your might. And you stand on the street corner, muscled and aggressive. Letting others fear you. |
