Part 3 : Evolution

It should be stated that the end result of every entity's birth is their death, with the addition of experience. Experience can be defined as definite memories that formed as a result of interaction. This interaction can be the result of external reaction or internal reaction. Every entity that perishes at the end of their time tends to differ in the level of interaction they have experienced from birth till death, therefore influencing their level of "awareness" about the world, including themselves. The level of information they have, therefore, is directly proportional to the level of interaction they have experienced. Hence, an entity that interacts more with the environment coupled with their own minds is likely to be more experienced and intelligent at the end of their life.

The most primal and natural instinct given to every creature on the planet is the desire to "continue living". Given every form of abuse and suffering, a sane entity will undoubtedly attempt to protect their life. Where this natural instinct gravitated from is not important. What is important is the end result of such an effect. Every moment spent existing precludes two things: the entity's knowledge increasing, and others' who are affected by the entity's existence knowledge increasing (based on the earlier conclusion that knowledge and intelligence are the end result of interaction). It would therefore be safe to conclude that "nature's" primary goal, above all else, is to preserve the interaction between objects in this plane of reality, therefore promoting their knowledge of one another and themselves.

Let us now link nature, or "existence's" desire for us to the earlier definition of existence. Existence wishes to promote the intelligence of everything that passes through it. However, the definition of intelligence can be surmised as the end result of moments of "thought". As objects interact in reality, the immediate (and usually quick) result is relevant thought, which is then stored as experience. Over time, as experience grows, the entity is able to interact in more complicated ways with the world as well as themselves. This also makes the thoughts they witness more complicated, and so on. We can conclude, therefore, that nature and existence wish us to create the most complicated thoughts possible, and continue and attempt to do so until the day we are no longer a part of this existence.

This concept is not a new or alien one. Most religious icons and leaders that a majority of the world pray to on a daily basis are "messengers of God". However, from a purely scientific standpoint, knowing what "God" knows could be easily attributed to being incredibly intelligent. Intelligence would lend "special powers", such as the skill of prediction, of healing, of concentration and strength, and above all, the ability to influence and teach. Over hundreds of years stories of incredible intelligence or unknown strength would realistically have been amplified and augmented, creating an almost unbelievable set of stories for us today, making our existence seem so different from those that we worship.

It is feasible and also widely accepted that icons such as Jesus or Buddha were people who grasped the desire that existence attempted to push unto them: that the pursuit of knowledge, and aiding others in attaining knowledge, is the purpose of existence. The concept of "nirvana" can therefore be concluded as the epitome of this knowledge. The moment of complete self-awareness.

If we are to go along with what nature seems to be dictating to us, our goal in this existence is to attain as much knowledge as possible before we pass on. If we are to embrace this, the next thing to address would be how to go about achieving this as efficiently as possible, or, how would we get as close to "nirvana" as possible.

We defined knowledge as captured moments of thought that then lead to more complicated thought. In order to maximize how efficiently we use time we must target the process of capturing thought, storing it as accurately as possible, and then being able to retrieve it as efficiently as possible at a later moment in order to avoid re-evaluating it again and skipping over to a more complicated thought, thereby increasing one's intelligence.

Stimulating thought is achieved by using our senses to interact with other entities of existence as well as interaction with oneself. As interactions occur, the most inefficient method of observing and recording such an experience is to live it without any analysis or reflection, before, during, and after the moment occurs. The opposite, therefore, would result in the most efficient use of such interactions, and the opposite is called "self-awareness". It is vital not to forget this term, and what it means, for self-awareness is what one uses to generate weightless, non-stagnant thought.

Self-awareness is the one and only "religion" by which any creature in existence is able to evolve, for self-awareness is the only method by which creatures gain intelligence. The defining effect of self-awareness is simple: it is used to slow down time and make the entity fully conscious of their surroundings and themselves at that moment. However, the most intriguing aspect of slowing down time through self-awareness is that any entity outside of this moment of self-awareness does not experience time in a slowed fashion. In essence, if one is able to slow down time, one is therefore able to achieve more during that same time period than one would if they were not self-aware. This simple concept is what provides the efficiency that is required to achieve what you are meant to achieve. From another perspective, being self-aware means one is thinking at an accelerated speed, almost like a super-being. One can gain a further understanding of being fully self-aware if they view it as being "fully awake", the opposite being "fully assleep".

In a dramatic sense, if we resume the visual view of the machine of existence, constantly moving at one end, and stagnant and slower on the other, we will see explosions of self-awareness. Entities in this plane of existence will be readily converting stagnant thought into weightless thought on a constant basis, shifting and affecting everything around them in miniscule manners. It has been scientifically proven that entities in deep meditation (the art of focused self-awareness) are able to affect other entities around them in small and large ways. Cities full of crime have seen dramatic drops in the crime rate after scheduled meditation sessions that involved thousands of people focusing their awareness on one common goal, using all their experiences and memories to force that one thought as efficiently as possible.

This could be attributed to telepathy, but there is no difference between telepathy and what we are defining here: everything is connected through the gradient of existence, and so the more self-aware any entity is, the more they are able to affect those around them, for they are closer to the constantly moving river of thought. Those whose thoughts move at a faster rate than others through the use of self-awareness put themselves in closer proximity of the "one" force, and not only affect it with more efficiency, but are themselves affected by it more efficiently.

It is feasible to conclude then that entities in existence who are able to create and move thoughts in a quicker and more efficient manner than others are able to affect one another more readily, and are also able to affect the entire plane of reality more readily, because they fall closer to the center of existence, where everything is in constant motion. And as human beings, we are gifted with the greatest ability to achieve self-awareness through the acute nature of our senses, and how they react with our minds. We are the most efficient species at storing information, and it is this ability that permits us to achieve more than any creature on Earth. Further, it is this ability that permits us to communicate with one another more efficiently and readily, for within every moment of human interaction there exists the moving plane of reality below, being affected by every moment of your self-awareness, providing who you are communicating to with efficient information that does not need to be exchanged in a material manner. In a fantastic way, as we evolve, it is conceivable that communication will occur simply by "thinking" rather than any physical action, for both the communicator and communicatee will have constant access to the river of thought, affecting it and learning from it.
