Step 1 - Guilt Identify and remove all the bondage that keeps the spirit from glowing, as the spirit glows only when it interacts and bounces, creating energy that is useful for its purpose. The primary source of bondage is self-loathing. Self-loathing creates the fear of judgment of one-self. To remove the bondage, one must identity and free oneself from all possible sources that suggest or create self-loathing. This self-loathing is created in one manner: Guilt (one loathes oneself when constantly in debt). Guilt - Exists when one feels a sense of self-loathing, or masochism, without consent. Guilt can underline all other feelings and is generally the primary source of all self-loathing. Whether it be greed (guilt for not having enough money) or envy (guilt for being less than another), self-loathing is the result of guilt. Identify all sources of guilt. Guilt is most often created by parents, peers and partners, then popular culture and society, then religion. Identify all sources in each separate realm and locate any thoughts, feelings, or ideas that you fear to present to any of these groups. If there exists any thought, desire, feeling or idea that you fear to present to any of these groups, then that group member is a source of guilt. Identify that thought or emotion. Analyze it, and detail whether you are incorrect or correct in feeling, desiring, or wanting it. If you cannot identify with certainty, assume it is your right, and therefore, incorrect for you to feel guilty. Rectify it first with information to that member and the opportunity to correct. If correction is not an option or fails, then removal. This must be performed, without exception, to all such sources. This is the difficult process. If it were easy to remove such people or influences from our lives, we would have done so initially. It takes willpower and devotion, and most importantly, the desire to love and protect and respect one-self. To overcome fears of loneliness and the possibility of being made to feel guilty for removing these influences, split yourself in two. One person is the unfortunate receiver of the guilt, and the other is the protector. When faced with guilt or fears of loneliness, assume the position of the protector and look upon the receiver. Since the receiver is you, you will see great pain and abuse being suffered by this soul. This will enrage you, and provide you the strength and will power to sustain the change through the difficult times. Protect your abused parts as you would a loved one or family member, for no one will protect you as you will protect yourself. Step 2 - Recovery and Addiction After freeing oneself from the elements of guilt, the guilt still remains. This is natural. The body and mind are both weary. You must rest, relax, and focus all your energies upon the prevention of the re-emergence of such sources. The temptation to re-integrate them into your life will be similar to fighting an addiction, and the addiction towards guilt is more powerful than any drug. This is proven by the fact that guilt has sustained itself for thousands of years, whereas drugs come and go. This will continue to be the most difficult part of The Plan. You must spend time in nature. You must spend time listening to nature, and seeing nature. Such sounds and images create a natural bubble of protection around the recovering spirit. Carry music, but only use it amidst unnatural sounds and sights. Listen to nature when you are in the presence of nature. It cannot be understated how critical this is. The reliance on unnatural things (music players, computers, television, movies, social constructs) are more addictive and more appealing to an addict than can be expressed in words. The trick of using nature is a priceless one that many have ended up using after several failed attempts, and months or years later. Do it first, and you will not fail. Step 3 - Biological Organism As step two gradually becomes less and less painful, one will naturally find themselves interested in doing physical things, be it dancing, walking, hiking, swimming or running. This is the re-surfacing of the base natural needs your body has that have remained repressed and occupied with more unnatural activities. Although these will almost always relate to nature and natural environments, activities such as dancing or swimming are not readily available in an outdoor scenario. When one participates in such activities, they must be careful to ensure that although the environment may not be entirely natural, the physical activity and its immediate environment (and therefore your senses) are experiencing things in a very natural manner, as will be dictated by your state of mind. It is crucial to remember that the importance step two will continue to underline this stage, and that even though it may seem impossible for unnatural vices to grab a hold of oneself, that is only the initial feeling: Guilt and vices grab a hold of us at a sub-conscious level and we cannot be certain of our vulnerability, especially when we desire ourselves to be free of them. During this time, you will want to think you have recovered sooner than later, and although this may be true, it is imperative that you maintain the discipline: Do not interact with any sources that create guilt or that you fear in any way, and spend as much time as possible surrounding all of your senses with nature - be it sound, smell, sight and touch. Being cautious and preventative in no way lessens the spectacular nature of your achievement. Step 4 - Passion As step two gradually becomes a very natural part of your every day life, you will tend to avoid new and previously un-thought of sources of self-loathing. This is because step three, the integration with nature and physical activity directly opposes such interactions. Therefore, if a new person or activity presents itself, you will very naturally and easily see that it is bad for you, and sub-consciously you will actually be dispelled by it. Step 3 is an ongoing process that one will maintain for the rest of their lives. Physical activity inside or out of nature, and natural interactions with the environment are integral to all humans and form a substantial portion of our base instincts. As these base instincts begin to fulfill themselves, you will ascend into step 4 - the Discovery of Passion. This is an almost automatic and natural progression: As your body and mind begin to rest (even though you are doing far more physical activity) more and more spiritual and personal energy and strength will begin to re-surface. As it does, you will naturally find yourself attracted to certain ideas, concepts, or activities. Like water in a river filling up a valley, your passion will begin to flow naturally into these places. This is the discovery of your passions. You will find yourself immersed in a variety of things that you will discover are all linked in some way. You will find these activities to be quite different from previous vices: even though they will be more difficult, more engaging, and you will spend more time doing them, you will actually create more energy and find yourself being far more energetic. Necessary Notes This is the core of The Plan: Reaching a point where one is naturally fulfilling their duty or purpose, and in doing so, they begin to strengthen and radiate their aura. It is an aura of positivity, of energy, of youth. This aura cannot be created artificially - It is unique in that even though it displays one's happiness, the clarity of this happiness prevents anyone else from envying you. It actually creates awareness in others, as they will seek the same aura themselves. As is clear from The Plan, the most difficult parts of the process are step 2 and step 3. Identifying sources of fear may be tricky, but does not require an immense amount of will power. The end of step 3 and the advent of step 4 are somewhat resulted from the body and mind's natural desire to resume normalcy. As one gets older, step 2 and three become increasingly difficult as the vices and guilt forms a larger part of our past, and also our present. Changing this takes a great deal of courage and dedication. However, those are the only restrictions - Once step two is implanted in the mind as an invariable decision, steps 3 and 4 naturally follow course and the intensity of the passion unleashed within a 60 year old and the passion of a 25 year old will be identical. Additionally, if that same 60 year old were to have done this at 25, the same direction of purpose and passion would have been discovered, albeit it may have filled up what valleys were available at the time. The same goes with the 25 old if he or she were to accomplish this at 60. It therefore makes perfectly logical sense to do this today, rather than tomorrow. Application in the Real World Unfortunately, when we examine our sources of fear in part 1, almost all of us will discover that our job, our livelihood is the primary source and attachment to all these fears. From performing well, to being fired, to dressing appropriately and being diplomatic, there are a thousand different visual and aural reminders in the work place, to the work place, and after the work place that tell us that we have to be better than what we are... or else. Although it is up to your discretion how far you implement this, it is feasible that if you remedy the situation in all the areas you can (before work, after work and even during work) the answers and the direction you should take, and the degree to which you should remove sources of fear will present itself to you as clearly as possible. Even the simple awareness that a source creates fear within you will naturally, over time, create a resistance to it. In this way, it is possible to free oneself from such things. However, this is not a guaranteed method, nor will it work effectively or quickly. Remember, however, that there are a thousand different influences in everyday modern life, and a majority of them are self-inflicted. From watching television to playing video games to smoking, arguing, or ogling women (or men), a majority of the vices and fears we suffer from are our own. The fact that there are ones you cannot seem to remove right now relating to work should not be used as an excuse to permit other vices from continuing to exist: You will be as free as you are guilt free. Purpose In the end, the ultimate goal is energy - to activate the spirit's infinite capacity to create energy. The spirit can, and will only do this if the purpose is in tune with it. The necessity of coffee. chewing gum or soda are all extremely clear indications that the spirit is not generating energy for the life you lead, so you must artificially generate it. It does not need to be said that this is beyond unhealhty and unnatural. Yet, it has become so normal that corporations like Starbucks that provide daily pick-me-ups to thousands of people by stuffing their drinks and foods with sugar and caffeine. With absolutely no unnatural addictions and the enagement of the spirit's purpose, such an immense, large, and almost euphoric sense of strength fills every nook and cranny in the human body and mind. This is not a manic episode, and it is not artificial - it is like nothing you have experienced before. No amount of sugar, caffeine, sex, popularity or money will create this: Only The Plan will, and methods like it. |
