Suffice to say, He went to bed randomly. Sometimes at six oclock, Other times at two am. But one thing he knew, Was that when he laid himself down And opened his blinds to see the world He could not contain himself. As the moonlight snuck in, Ending every day starting every night... He clasped his fists, And he grimaced as something took a hold of him. Something very powerful That he could not see or hear He could not even know what it was that it held. All he knew was that it was beautiful. So utterly beautiful it hurt, And he could not breathe, But through his tears As he gasped for his saviour. But he knew it would not come And that he was all alone. And it was beautiful. As it began to break. |
