A Faith in Fate. Fate describes a Reason for events... it describes an overlooker that loves you and has your best interests in mind, as well as other persons'... It describes the moulding of your personality and why you must suffer at times... But most importantly, it provides you with the hope that the future will be better. Using the past as a guide to determine others' selflessness or selfishness may sound logical, but is the main reason most people's souls die is the permitance of this. The fallacy is that past pains dictate future pains... but they do not. The past serves as a guide with which to avoid future pains. By definition, therefore, as you suffer pain, you should fear suffering that pain less in the future. Not because of decensitization, but because you are now more knowledgable. However, usually, pain of the past makes you fear a pain of the future. Why? Most people do not adequately learn from the past. They experience and rather than analyze and observe their mistakes in the past, observe themselves as victims of circumstance. It is this perceived lack of control over their lives that prevents them from ever feeling secure in the future. Only from learning what ones mistakes were in the past can one feel safe in being as true to their hearts as possible. The truth of your heart is this: It knew what the truth of the situation was. It always does. And in your innabiilty to accept or understand what it was saying, you suffered. In moments of stable secure solitude, the true answers are always available, from within your own psyche. In essence, one must have a constant belief in Fate. A belief in fate entails following the combination of one's mind and heart in his or her decisions. These decisions will then, always, be correct. When one makes wrong decisions, one must always be aware that it was not their instincts that were wrong... it was how they perceived their instincts that was wrong. And post-mistake, they must use such lessons to tweak how they communicate with their instincts. Once they have improved how they communicate with their heart (by determining moments in the past when their heart tried to tell them something but they took it the wrong way) they will most definitely feel more secure and confident in the future. Along with this, they will no longer hold any grudge, resentment, or pain to moments of pain in the past. Such moments no longer have any validity for there is nothing left to learn from them. They ocurred, and all that was to be learnt by them has been extracted. Yes. That means, the sole reason one holds onto pain in the past is that they have not learnt enough about that event. And their heart, their instincts are not content with one's knowledge of such an event. Once all the knowledge that needed to be attained from an event has been attained, the pain will dissolve. One will even begin to look affectionately at themselves during those times, for one views themself as being innocent and naive. Memories of severe pain will make you compassionate, but not angry. Therefore, to maintain your soul, your belief and hope in a beautiful future, the potency of past pains must be deflated. To deflate them, you must learn all there is to learn about how you miss-communicated with your heart. Then your heart will cease to suffer, for it has been redeemed by your success in trying to understand it. Then both you and your heart can continue together, more connected, and stronger, with confidence. To preserve your soul, you must eliminate pain. To eliminate pain, you must learn what you did wrong. To learn what you did wrong, you must examine every past moment where your instincts told you one thing, and you did something else. Every time you locate, identify, and understand a moment of misscommunication with your heart in the past that lead to pain, you will feel a surge of peace, happiness, and strength in you. Try it. The control of pain within you does not lie with someone else. It lies within you. |
